Description
The course has been developed with the technical committee of the Structural Concrete Alliance, and is marked by Chris Atkins. Chris is a Fellow of the Institute of Corrosion, a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and is certificated to Level 4 in cathodic protection. On successful completion of the exam, confirmation will be issued containing the pass mark of candidates.

To help those needing some basic corrosion knowledge, but without the time or budget to do something about it, the CPA is pleased to launch a Corrosion Basics distance learning course. It is designed to give an overview of corrosion that can be completed in an hour rather than several days.

Candidates are likely to be from an engineering or science background and may be involved in a project that has some corrosion input.
